"Feline Crossing" is a tribute to the cats of Venice and their role in the city's history, inspired by my trip to Venice. Created on an old sketchbook page during my university years, this painting shows a cat silhouette filled with the essence of Venice, featuring a famous bridge. It is a reminder of the time when thousands of cats were brought to the city to combat the rat infestation and save it from the plague. The image shows some creases in the paper and a few random paint splatters from its creation, but framing will make it look amazing. This artwork is very special to me and evokes fond memories of my time at University and my trip to Venice. As a cat lover, this piece has been looked after since my student days. This painting is slightly discounted to reflect its age.(42cm x 60cm)
